I'm Back
Right… So hi again. I haven’t been on in ages, I know, simply because I got lazy and I lost motivation over easter so I just didn’t do anything. But I’m back, and i swear to god, this time I’m staying until I reach my GW. I’m staying until I’m fit, thin and happy.
But Jesus fuck, I’m out of shape.

I’m doing this three times through with a five minute break between each one, because I’m an out of shape motherfucker. Got me breaking a sweat though, and it’s really easy stuff too, so if you’re awful at following routines like me, it’s great :D
